Retreat
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Friday 7 to Tuesday 11 May 2027 · Fethiye, Türkiye · 7 women only
This policy is part of your booking, so please read it before you pay. If anything here is unclear, email me at [email protected] before you book and I will talk it through with you.
All prices are per guest and in pounds sterling. UK VAT applies at 20%.
1. Holding your room
• Until Saturday 31 October 2026: a £500 + VAT deposit holds your room. You can pay the balance in whatever amounts suit you, as long as it is all paid by Wednesday 7 April 2027.
• From Sunday 1 November 2026: pay in full, or pay £500 + VAT upfront followed by equal monthly instalments on the 7th of each month, with the last one on Wednesday 7 April 2027.
• Paying in full when you book saves £100 + VAT on the price of your room.
• Rooms are allocated in the order bookings are paid.
• Your £500 + VAT deposit, or first payment, is non-refundable, except where the retreat does not go ahead (section 3) or I cancel it (section 6).
2. If a payment is missed
If an instalment is more than 14 days late and we have not agreed a new date, I may release your room. If I do, it is treated as a cancellation on the date the missed payment was due, and section 4 applies.
3. If the retreat does not reach five guests
The retreat runs with a minimum of five women. If five have not booked by Friday 5 February 2027, I will cancel the retreat and refund everything you have paid me, including your deposit.
4. If you need to cancel
Tell me by email at [email protected]. Your cancellation date is the day I receive your email. What you pay depends on that date:
Your total retreat fee is the price of your room, including VAT.
• If you have paid more than the amount due, I refund the difference.
• If you have paid less, for example because you are paying in instalments, the difference is still owed.
5. Talk to me first
If you cannot come, you can pass your place to another woman, once she and I have had a call to check the room is right for her. When she has paid for the place, nothing further is owed by you, and anything you have paid above your deposit is refunded.
Where I can, I may also offer to move your place to a future retreat instead. This is at my discretion.
6. If I need to make changes or cancel
• If I cancel the retreat for a reason within my control, I will refund everything you have paid me.
• If the retreat cannot go ahead for a reason outside my control, such as severe weather, travel restrictions or serious illness, I will move it to new dates and your place moves with it. If the new dates do not work for you, I will refund everything you have paid me.
• I cannot refund flights, insurance or anything else you have booked yourself, which is why travel insurance with cancellation cover is required (section 8).
• Some details may change without affecting your booking: session timings, the boat route if the weather turns, or a guest speaker of similar standing if the planned speaker cannot attend. If the villa becomes unavailable, I will move the retreat to a private villa of a similar standard in Fethiye.
7. Add-ons
Add-ons you book alongside the retreat, such as a Strategic Reset or Sales + Launch Support, are separate services with their own terms. Cancelling your retreat place does not cancel them. If the retreat itself is cancelled under section 3 or section 6, I refund any add-on that has not yet been delivered. The complimentary Strategic Reset for October bookings has no cash value.
8. Travel insurance
Travel insurance is required, and it should include cancellation cover from the day you book. I will ask for your policy details before you travel.
9. Refunds
Refunds are paid within 14 days, to the payment method you used, and include the VAT you paid on the amount refunded.
10. The small print
This policy is governed by the laws of Scotland. It was last updated on Saturday 26 September 2026 and applies to bookings for the May 2027 retreat.
