Hosted by Lynsey Cowan

I've been running Elite VA Limited for 11 years - a strategy and operations agency supporting women business owners across the UK and beyond. In that time we've worked with 280+ businesses through strategy, operations, product launches and the day-to-day reality of growing a company.

As a Certified Sales & Launch Strategist and Mindset & Energetics Coach, I work where strategy and self meet. Most retreats pick one or the other. This one holds both, properly.

I host this retreat in Fethiye, Türkiye, the town I live in. The villa is hand-picked and hired for the four nights, chosen for the space, the pool and the setting, by someone who knows the area rather than a venue booked off a website. Fiona and I are there for all four nights, and Anna joins us from Saturday morning, so you're looked after from arrival to departure.

My sister Fiona Kidney will be there for all four nights. She will run the hosting side: the welcome, the meals she cooks herself, the touches that mean you're looked after from the moment you arrive. That frees me to focus on you and the work.

Past clients include Ruth Kudzi, Rebecca Campbell and Sarah Ilaria Northe.

Guest Speaker: Anna Payne

Anna Payne is joining the retreat as guest speaker. She'll be running the sales session on Sunday afternoon, and she'll be in the room with us from Saturday through Tuesday.

I've worked with Anna for years and she's one of the few people I send my own clients to when they need real sales strategy.

Anna has built three very different businesses, each one hitting six or multi-six figures in their first 12 months. She's sold millions of pounds of services, coaching and consultancy internationally and led high-performing sales teams.

She's also the antidote to everything that puts established women off "sales". Anna sells from authenticity and integrity, and she teaches the same.

Anna's session — Sunday afternoon (6th September)

On Sunday afternoon, Anna will be running a sales strategy session built specifically for you and the offers you've simplified that morning.

The session covers:

• Where your immediate sales opportunities are for the next 30-60 days (the quick wins for Q4)

• The longer-term sales strategy for November, December and into 2027

• How to sell what you sell, in a way that fits how you work

• Common objections you're hearing, and what's behind them

Anna will also help with creating a warm leads list and support you in confirming the exact steps to take with each lead, how to be more proactive when it comes to sales, how to sell through relationships, trust and value and she will also teach her multi-layered sales framework. Ending with supporting you in creating your 30 minute daily sales routine.

Your post-retreat sales check-in

Every guest will also receive a complimentary 30-minute private sales check-in call with Anna in the weeks after the retreat.

You can book it any time from mid-September through to the end of October, exactly when your Q4 plan is hitting the road and you'll want a second pair of expert eyes on what's working and what needs adjusting.

What this retreat is (and isn’t)

Four nights in Fethiye, Türkiye for women who are already running their businesses and want to come home with a clearer offer, a sales rhythm they can sustain, a Q4 plan that fits the capacity they have, not the capacity they're pretending to have and the AI foundations to build it all on. A plan that earns the rest of 2026 and sets up 2027 properly.

This is a strategic retreat with rest built in. Not a wellness retreat with business content sprinkled on top.

The hours between sessions belong to you. Long lunches on the terrace, swimming in the pool at your own pace and on Sunday, vegetarian fine dining from our private chef, the kind of meal you won’t want to rush.

And around all of it: six other women running real businesses. The conversations that happen at this table don't end when you fly home.

Who it's for

You're already running a business that works. You've got clients, revenue, momentum and the sense that what got you here won't get you to the next level without breaking you in the process.

You're tired of selling more by working more. You want a sales rhythm that doesn't depend on adrenaline. You want offers that make sense and an audience you want to talk to. You want a Q4 plan you can hold steady through, not one that collapses by week three.

And you want to start 2027 with foundations that hold.

You don't need to be convinced that strategy matters.

You need space and the right room to do the strategic work properly.

Who it isn't for

This isn't a starter retreat. If you're still figuring out what you sell or who you sell to, the conversations in this room will be over your head and you won't get your money's worth.

This isn't a pure wellness escape. There's real rest built into the four nights, the swims, the long lunches, the boat day, and it's there by design. But the core of these days is strategic work on your business.

This isn't a coaching container. You'll get coaching moments, but the work is structural: your offers, your sales, your Q4, your systems. You leave with the decisions made and the plan written, and you build the AI system through Q4 with my support.

And the thing you can't put on a sales page

The most valuable thing you take home is often the thing you didn't know you needed.

A conversation at lunch. The clarity that arrives during a swim. The way an offer suddenly makes sense after you've been off your laptop for 48 hours.

That moment can't be predicted and it can't be promised in writing.

But every woman who's spent four nights working with me in Fethiye has had a version of it. The structure of the retreat is designed to make space for it to happen.

Five days, four nights

The retreat runs from the afternoon of Friday 4th to early morning of Tuesday 8th September 2026.

Two of those days are arrival and departure.

The three days in between are where the work happens, paced so each day builds on the last.

Friday 4th: Arrival

Friday is a soft arrival. A private transfer from Dalaman drops you at the villa in the afternoon. Your room is ready, the pool is yours and nothing is on the schedule until dinner (unless you have booked your 1:1 treatment on your arrival day).

We gather for a welcome dinner at the villa. You meet the other women in the room. The first night is solely for getting settled and meeting the other women on retreat.

Saturday 5th: Landing + Expansion

Saturday is the day the room opens up.

A slow start. Breakfast on the terrace. A welcome session that lands the room where we will share our introductions and intentions for the four days.

Then we board our private boat in the early afternoon. Swimming stops, music, the kind of slow Mediterranean afternoon that doesn't happen often enough in adult life. As the sun sets, the boat will become our dinner table. A Mediterranean BBQ on board, drinks and conversation.

By the evening you step off the boat as a group who've properly clicked. A day on the water does that: the swimming, the sun, the long conversations with nowhere to be. It's one of the best days of the four and it will set up everything that follows.

Sunday 6th: Decision Day + Sales

By Sunday morning, the room is open and ready to go deeper.

Morning with Lynsey. Offer simplification: what you're selling, what you've outgrown, what you should stop offering. Then audience clarity: who this is for now, and how that's shifted from when you started.

Open window after lunch: pool, terrace or your 1:1 treatment if that's when yours is scheduled.

Afternoon with Anna Payne. Now that you know what you're selling, we work on how to sell it. Your sales messaging, your most common objections and the conversion pathway that fits how you want to sell.

Sunday dinner is chef-prepared vegetarian fine dining at the villa. By Sunday evening, you've made a lot of decisions and your brain is full. We eat, we talk, and then it's an early night.

Sunday is a big day of thinking and deciding and a proper night's sleep is what lets it settle before Monday.

Monday 7th: Integration + Q4 Planning

Monday is the day everything lands.

Morning. We turn what you decided on Sunday into a Q4 plan you can execute. Then we work on it together. Your first two weeks of sales and content actions, drafted before you leave the table.

Afternoon. We close the retreat properly: 90-day commitments named out loud, the obstacles already pre-empted, the foundations for 2027 made visible. You leave knowing what you're doing next, and what to do when it gets hard.

Evening: A final villa dinner, prepared by Fiona. Calmer than Saturday. Slower than Sunday. The right pace for our last night together.

Tuesday 8th: Departure

Breakfast at the villa. Private transfers back to Dalaman through the morning.

You fly home with a Q4 plan, a sales check-in scheduled with Anna for October and a room of women who'll still be in your corner in November.

Your Claude AI working system materials arrive within 48 hours so you can start building once you're back at your desk.

What you'll leave with

Most retreats hand you ideas and send you home. This one hands you the foundations of an AI working system designed for the way you work.

Here's what comes with you.

A simplified offer

You'll arrive with whatever you're currently selling. You'll leave with a tighter, sharper version of it: fewer offers, clearer positioning and a decision about what to stop offering.

Audience clarity

Who you're selling to now, not who you started selling to three years ago. Articulated, in your own words, ready to use across your sales and content.

A Q4 plan that earns 2026 and sets up 2027

A real plan for October, November and December, built around the offers and audience you've just clarified, sized to the capacity you have, not the capacity you're pretending to have.

And further out: the foundations for 2027. The Q4 plan does two things. It helps you finish 2026 in a strong position and it lays the runway for the year after. The quarter isn't the destination. It's the launch pad.

A sales rhythm

The daily and weekly actions that drive your sales steadily, without depending on a launch or a push. Mapped to your offers, your week, and your energy.

Your Claude AI working system

At the retreat, I walk you through three Claude Projects, Sales, Marketing and Operations, built from the structure, prompts and source files I use in my own business. You'll see exactly how each one works and how it'll fit into your business once you're back home.

Within 48 hours of the retreat ending, you'll receive everything you need to build your own version: the frameworks, the prompts, the source file templates, training videos and a step-by-step build plan for Q4.

The October and November group calls support you as you build.

In November, we will add two more Projects, Finances and Products & Services, bringing your working system to five core functions by the end of the year.

A sales check-in with Anna Payne

A 30-minute private session with Anna after the retreat, available any time between mid-September and the end of October. A chance to test what you've built, refine your messaging, or troubleshoot your conversion pathway once you've started executing your Q4 plan.

A small Fethiye gift

Locally made. Yours to take home. Something just for you.

And after the retreat

October: A one-hour group implementation call with Lynsey, two weeks after the retreat.

November: A second one-hour group implementation call. Mid-quarter check-in. We add your Finances and Products & Services Claude Projects here, the two pieces that turn Q4 momentum into a 2027 you've planned for.

What AI changes in your business

Most business owners I work with already know they "should be using AI."

Most have tried ChatGPT or Claude (or similar) for the odd task, a caption here, an email there, found it handy in the moment, then gone back to doing everything the way they always have.

Using AI in isolated moments (write me a caption, summarise this email) is not the same as building AI into your business as a working system.

The Claude Projects you'll set up are different. Each one is a dedicated workspace that knows your business: your offers, your voice, your audience, your processes, your numbers. You're not starting from scratch every time. You're picking up a conversation that already understands what you're working on.

Here's the difference in practice.

Before: you sit down to write a sales email. You stare at the blank page, dig out what you sent last time, try to remember the offer details and half a morning is gone before anything leaves your outbox.

After: you open your Sales Project, tell it which offer and who it's going to, and it drafts the email in your voice with your offer details already in it, in a couple of minutes. You edit it, you send it, and you move on to the work only you can do.

And that's one task. This is the start of a system that grows from three Projects to five by November and keeps running your business long after you've flown home.

What this means in your Q4

By mid-October, with three Projects populated, you're looking at:

  • Sales emails and follow-ups drafted in minutes rather than taking up half a morning, in your voice, to your audience, referencing your actual offers

  • Content for socials, email and articles produced consistently without the weekly "what do I post" panic

  • Client onboarding, proposals and SOPs templated and personalised in one pass

  • Internal admin, briefs and process docs handled by a system that already knows how your business runs

You stop spending your week on admin you've been dreading and start spending it on the work that earns.

What this means for 2027

By November, you'll have five Projects running: Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finances, and Products & Services. That's not a productivity hack. That's a business that runs differently.

In 2027, that looks like:

  • A business that doesn't grind to a halt when you take a week off, because the system holds your voice and your structure, not just your team's

  • The ability to say yes to opportunities you'd have had to decline this year (speaking, partnerships, new clients) because the back-end isn't drowning you

  • Real freedom to choose where you spend your time, instead of being chained to the inbox

This is what AI in your business looks like when it's set up properly. It's not about replacing what you do. It's about removing what's been holding you back from doing it at the level you're capable of.

Optional Add-Ons

Two ways to extend the work, available only to retreat guests.

Pre-Retreat Strategy Audit — £250

A 2 hour 1:1 session with Lynsey before the retreat. We work through your current offers, sales funnel, and the patterns that are holding you back, so you arrive in Fethiye with the right starting point already mapped. The retreat sessions then go further faster.

Booked in July or early August. Available at retreat booking only.

December Q4 Close-Out 1:1 — £250

A 2 hour 1:1 session with Lynsey in early December. We review what worked in Q4, plot the lessons forward into Q1, and make the strategic decisions that set up your year. Members-only rate (regular 1:1 strategy rate is £300+).

Booked during retreat or at checkout.

The Villa

Villa Nerede sits above Fethiye, in a private walled garden with a pool that's entirely yours for the four nights. No other guests, no shared facilities. For the duration of the retreat, the villa is yours and ours.

Mountain views from the terraces. A pool you can swim in before breakfast. Seven bedrooms across three floors, and the kind of space that lets seven women work, rest, and breathe without being on top of each other.

Where you are

The villa is set on the residential hillside south of Fethiye town, far enough from the centre to be properly quiet, close enough that you're a short drive from anywhere you'd want to be.

10 minutes to Fethiye harbour and the old fishing village restaurants

15 minutes to Çalış Beach

25 minutes to Ölüdeniz lagoon

Direct access to the D400 — easy transfers from Dalaman Airport

This isn't a town-centre retreat. You won't hear traffic at night, and the mountain air at this elevation in September is part of what makes the four nights work.

I live in Fethiye full time, so from your airport pickup to your flight home you've got a local host on the ground and you're never finding your way somewhere unfamiliar on your own.

Where we work, where we rest

Strategy sessions take place on the outdoor terrace. Long table, shade, the pool a few steps away. When the afternoon sun is too much, we move into the indoor lounge for the deeper work.

Between sessions, there's the pool, the terrace, your own room to retreat to and the open windows in the schedule designed for exactly this.

The Saturday boat day

Saturday afternoon, we leave the villa and board a private boat for the Mediterranean.

This isn't a celebration at the end of the retreat. It's the catalyst in the middle of it. The boat day happens on day one because of what it does to the room.

The likely route

Subject to weather and final route confirmation, we'll sail through some of the most beautiful spots on this stretch of the Turkish coast:

  • Butterfly Valley: sheltered cove with cliffs, clear water, and the kind of swim that resets you

  • Aquarium Bay: quieter swimming stop with marine life visible through the water

  • Cleopatra's Bay: for the longer afternoon swim and the views

What's on board

Private boat hire, yours alone for the afternoon and evening. Drinks, music, swimming stops, and the kind of slow afternoon that's part of why September in Fethiye is the best time to be on the water.

As the sun sets, the boat becomes our dinner table. A Mediterranean BBQ on board, drinks, conversation. We return to the villa later in the evening, ready for the deeper work that starts Sunday morning.

What past clients have said

The Expansion Retreat is a new group format launching in September 2026.

It's built on a decade of 1:1 retreats, strategic intensives and launch work with women running established businesses and many of them come back. One has already booked again for 2026.

"My biggest takeaway from the day was confidence that I could achieve what I wanted to do with my business and that I wasn't alone anymore. Lynsey exceeded my expectations with her attention to detail, her gentle but insistent teasing out of information from me, and creation of a coherent plan of action and accompanying project timelines on Asana."

~ Elizabeth James, Founder, The Baby Class Expert

"I left with certainty, clarity and so much happiness. Even my husband noticed the shift. This wasn't just strategy — it was soul-level restoration."

~ Katy Walton, Leadership Development Specialist, Coach, Speaker and Facilitator

"Diving into the ocean that day felt like being reborn. I left that retreat not just clearer, but stronger, bolder… more me."

~ Amelia White, Founder at The Boarding School Therapist

"I went from total overwhelm and confusion to clarity, confidence, and an actual plan. Within one day, I had my next 90 days mapped out and fully tracked. I've achieved more in two weeks than I had in two months."

~ Linda Thomson, Life & Success Coach

How to book

Seven women in a private villa for four nights means the right room matters, for you and for everyone else paying to be there. So it starts with a call. Tell me what you're hoping to leave with, and we'll work out whether the room is right for you.

Step 1 — Book a call with Lynsey

30-minute Zoom call. We'll talk through what you're hoping to leave with, whether the group retreat is the right fit for you and any questions you have. No pitch. It's a fit conversation, both ways.

Step 2 — Choose your room, choose any add-ons, pay your deposit

If the retreat is a fit, I'll confirm the rooming options available and you pay your deposit to secure the spot. The Pre-Retreat Strategy Audit and December 1:1 add-ons can be selected at checkout.

Step 3 — Welcome pack and your pre-retreat 1:1

Your welcome pack arrives with the full logistics: recommended arrival times, your treatment schedule, and the link to book your 45-minute pre-retreat call. It lands in late July. I'm also building a mini website to hold all your retreat information in one place.

Rooms are first come, first served

Seven spots available. Applications close on 24th July 2026 or sooner if the rooms go first.

Got a question before you book? You can book a 20-minute call with Lynsey here.

Questions you might have

Is this a coaching retreat or a strategy retreat?

It's a strategic retreat. You'll do real work on your offers, your sales rhythm, and your Q4, supported by group coaching moments where they help but the heart of the four nights is structural work you take home with you.

What stage of business do I need to be at?

You're already running your business. Clients, revenue, momentum. Typically 5 to 10 years in, with a business that's working and the sense it's time for a different model going forward.

How many guests will be in the room?

Maximum seven women, plus Lynsey and Fiona for the full four nights and Anna Payne from Saturday morning onwards. The retreat runs with a minimum of five guests to be commercially viable.

Why is the boat day on Saturday rather than the last day?

Because the day on the water is what brings the group together, we want that early, not saved as a goodbye. A Saturday spent swimming, eating and talking with no agenda means that by the time the strategy work starts on Sunday, you already know the women around the table and you're relaxed enough to think clearly. So the fun (always) comes first.

Will the food be vegetarian?

Yes, fully vegetarian across all four nights. Sunday dinner is prepared by a private chef who specialises in vegetarian fine dining: modern, Mediterranean, seasonal. Friday and Monday dinners are cooked at the villa by Fiona and Saturday's BBQ will be on our private boat. If you have other dietary needs, vegan, gluten-free, allergies, tell us at booking and we'll take care of it.

Is Turkey safe, and what's it like travelling there on my own?

Yes. I live in Fethiye full time, so I know the area well and you've got a local host on the ground the whole time, not someone who's flown in for the week. Your transfer from Dalaman is private and arranged by us, door to door, so you're not finding your own way anywhere. Fethiye is a calm, residential stretch of the southwest coast and you'll have me and Fiona in the villa for the full four nights. The hardest part is deciding to come. After that, I’ve got everything else covered.

What's the Claude AI working system?

Claude is an AI tool made by Anthropic. Its Projects feature lets you create dedicated AI workspaces with source files, custom prompts and persistent context. At the retreat, I walk you through three Projects I've built in my own business (Sales, Marketing and Operations) so you can see exactly how the system works. Within 48 hours of the retreat ending, you receive the frameworks, prompts, training videos and a build plan to set up your own version. You build through Q4*, supported by the October and November group calls. By the end of November, two more Projects are added (Finances + Products & Services), giving you five core functions running on AI. No coding required.

* If you would like assistance with the build, I can support you with this.

What's Anna's post-retreat sales check-in?

Anna runs your sales session on Sunday during the retreat.

Anna is also offering every guest a 30-minute private sales check-in afterwards, available any time between mid-September and end of October. This is a perfect chance to refine your messaging or troubleshoot your conversion pathway once you've started executing your Q4 plan. Included in every tier.

How do the optional add-ons work?

Both add-ons, the Pre-Retreat Strategy Audit and the December Q4 Close-Out 1:1, are available only to confirmed retreat guests. You can add them at checkout when paying your deposit or during the retreat itself.

Where exactly is the villa?

Villa Nerede sits on the residential hillside south of Fethiye in southwest Türkiye. Ten minutes by car from the harbour, fifteen minutes to Çalış Beach, twenty-five minutes to Ölüdeniz.

How do I get there?

You fly into Dalaman Airport (DLM). It's served by direct flights from most major UK airports, typically a 4-hour flight. Private transfers from Dalaman are included within set arrival windows and the total transfer journey from Dalaman to Fethiye is around 50 minutes to 1 hour.

What's the weather like in Fethiye in September?

Warm and dry. Daytime temperatures in early September typically reach around 30 to 32°C, dropping to a comfortable 20 to 22°C in the evenings. Sea temperatures stay warm (around 26 to 27°C). It’s a gorgeous time of year to be in Fethiye.

When will my treatment be scheduled?

Treatments are scheduled across several windows of the group retreat. Availability will be on a first come first-served basis. Two therapists on-site means we can ensure the timing works for everyone.

What should I pack?

You'll receive a full pack list in late July, after doors close. In short: light layers, something nicer for the boat dinner, swimwear, a notebook.

Is the schedule intense?

The days have substance to them, but the rhythm is intentional. Saturday is gentle. Sunday is deep. Monday is integration. Sessions are spaced with open windows, slow meals, and rest.

Can I bring my partner or extend my stay?

The villa is reserved exclusively for the retreat from Friday to Tuesday, so partners can't stay during the retreat itself. However, if your partner/husband would like to visit Fethiye at the same time, I can suggest some nearby hotels.

What's your cancellation policy?

• More than 90 days before the retreat: full refund, minus a £200 admin fee

• 60 to 89 days before: 50% of your deposit refunded

• 30 to 59 days before: your deposit is non-refundable, and the balance remains payable

• Under 30 days before: the full fee is payable

If you can't attend, talk to me first. Where I can, I'll let you transfer your place to a future retreat or pass it to someone else.

What happens if you don't fill all seven spots?

The retreat runs with a minimum of 5 guests. If we don't reach 5 by 24th July, I will either reschedule or refund deposits in full.

Can I spread the payments further than 50/50?

Standard is 50% deposit at booking, balance due by 24th August 2026. If you need a 3-payment plan or more bespoke arrangement, message me before you apply. I'd rather find a way to make it work than have you decide against attending on cashflow alone.

Seven women. Five days.
A plan that earns 2026 and sets up 2027.

Friday 4th to Tuesday 8th September 2026, in Fethiye.

A simplified offer. A clear Q4 plan. A sales rhythm that doesn't depend on adrenaline. The frameworks for three Claude AI Projects (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to build through Q4. Four nights of deep work and real rest in a private villa, alongside six other women you'll still be in conversation with in November, and the year that follows.

Applications close 24 July 2026, or when all seven spots are taken.

Rooms are first come, first served. Got a question before you book? You can book a 20-minute call with Lynsey here.
