I'm Lynsey.

I sit beside you on the big decisions, then build the AI and the team that carry them out.

I spent 25 years as the right hand to CEOs and Chairmen, and in 2015 I started Elite VA. Since then, my team and I have supported 280+ businesses. I'm a certified sales strategist and launch and funnel strategist, and since February I've run both my businesses on ten Claude Projects and 11 scheduled tasks. So when I build AI into your business, it's built the way I run mine, with a strategist's eye on what it's for and a team to keep it going.

The work I do

My work sits where four things meet: strategy, sales, mindset, and the systems behind it all.

Most strategists pick a lane. I never did. I'm a Certified Mindset and Energetics Coach, a Certified Sales Strategist, and a Certified Launch and Funnel Strategist, not because I was collecting credentials but because ten years inside other people's businesses showed me the work doesn't fit in tidy boxes.

What clients call a strategy problem is often a mindset block underneath. A mindset breakthrough doesn't go anywhere if there's no system to hold it. You can't really separate them. I've tried. So I do all of it: which means you only need one of me.

You don't need three different people giving you fragments of the picture. You need one strategist who can hold all of it.

My story

I started Elite VA Limited in 2015.

What began as one woman doing tech and operations for digital business owners has become a UK limited company, a small team and a strategy-and-retreats practice running alongside it.

A few years ago I closed the chapter on my life in Scotland and moved to Turkey. It wasn't a holiday move. It was me proving to myself, mostly that the freedom I was selling to my clients was actually possible to build. Not just talk about. Not just sell. Actually build.

Today I run my business from our private villa in Fethiye. I walk Dex along the coast before I open my laptop. Weekends belong to my husband and my own life, not the inbox. The business funds the life I want, not the other way around.

That's the version of freedom I help my clients build.

I've sat in every seat beside the person at the top

I've been an office manager, an executive PA and right hand to Chairmen and CEOs. I've been a VA, a tech VA, an OBM and a coach. Now I'm a strategist.

Every one of those seats taught me something different. Corporate taught me what the people at the top need supporting in holding so they can lead. The VA and OBM years taught me how an online business runs underneath, the inbox, the systems and the follow-ups that keep the money coming in. Coaching taught me what holds a founder back when everything else is in place. Strategy is where all of it meets.
