A strategist working on your whole business, and a team to build the plan. Your plan gets built as well as written.
For you if you have an offer that sells and you want it selling every month, with the systems in place to hold it.
25 years as the right hand to CEOs and Chairmen. I learned how a business runs from the inside. I plan yours the same way, from your numbers, with an owner and a date on every step.
Elite VA Limited since 2015. More than 280 businesses supported, most of them women running coaching, course and education businesses. My team builds for clients every week, so every plan I write is one I know can be delivered.
Three certifications. Launch and Funnel Strategist and Sales Strategist cover the mechanics. Mindset and Energetics Coach covers the part most strategists skip: what stops you acting on a plan you already agree with.
Launch results. One of my first launches supporting a client made £65K in profit.
Sales sit at the end of a chain. Your offers, your visibility, your systems, your team, your capacity and the way you think about all of it feed into the number at the bottom of the month. When sales stall, the cause is usually further up the chain.
The pattern I see most is between systems and visibility. When the systems are missing, visibility is usually the first thing to go. You know that if you ask for a sale and there is no follow-up sequence, no booking flow and nobody to pick up the enquiries. So you hold back. Once the systems are in, the visibility tends to follow.
I learned this in my own business. Revenue sat at £10K a month and I could not see why. The answer was me. I was the main point of contact for every client, so every sale waited for my time. When my team took over that role, the business kept running and I got my time, energy and headspace back.
1. A strategy call with me every fortnight. 30 minutes to work through priorities, decisions and what the numbers are telling us.
2. My strategy work between calls. Up to six hours a month of my time on your business, away from the calls. This is where the thinking gets written down:
Launch plans, worked back from your target into buyers, audience and a dated runway
Proposals for new offers, including structure, pricing and where each one sits in your offer suite
Briefs for my team and yours, so the build matches the plan
Reviewing what is live and adjusting the plan when the numbers move
3. Delivery from my team. Five or ten hours a month from the Elite VA team to build and run what we agree. Tech, email, pages, funnels, scheduling and tracking. Everything sits on a shared project board, so you can see what is moving and who has it.
Between calls, questions and approvals go on the project board, and I pick them up within one working day. Anything urgent goes in our WhatsApp group.
Before anything gets built, I review the whole of your business. You get a written review covering:
Your numbers. List, conversion rates, prices, revenue and your target
Your offers. What sells, what does not, and the gaps between your entry offers and your top one
Your visibility. Where you are visible, where you are holding back, and why
Your systems and structures. What is in place, what is missing, and what is quietly costing you sales
What is stopping you acting on the plan. The decisions you keep circling and the reasons behind them
The whole setup. Platforms, team, sales path and how the pieces connect
From the review we set the plan: what gets fixed first, who owns it and when it goes live.
1. Review. Weeks one and two. The whole-business review, written up for you.
2. Plan. Weeks three and four. A written plan worked back from your target, with every step dated and owned.
3. Build. Month two. My team builds and connects the priority pieces. You approve as we go.
4. Run. Month three onwards. Everything is live. We read the numbers on every call and adjust.
From there, it rolls month to month, with launches in the calendar well ahead.
A written review of your whole business, and a plan built from it with a date and an owner on every step
The systems your visibility depends on, built and live: follow-up, booking, pages, emails and checkout
Your path from first contact to sale, mapped and fixed where it leaks
A lead tracker and follow-up rhythm, so warm conversations turn into clients
Written launch plans and offer proposals you own outright
A daily and weekly sales rhythm you can hold alongside delivery
"Systems that work hard and seamlessly in the background generating leads and sales."
"I already knew Lynsey was excellent at supporting my business, helping me with launches etc but it is as a skilled strategist that she has added so much value to me both professionally and personally.
Patient, tenacious, challenging and empathetic, I look forward to our monthly calls & value her guidance & breadth of knowledge more than she knows. I would recommend her and Sales + Launch Support without hesitation.
It has given me systems that work hard and seamlessly in the background generating leads and sales, daily and weekly structures on maximising leads and converting sales."
~ Elizabeth James, The Baby Class Expert
You have at least one offer that sells and you want steady sales from it, with launches planned in around it
You know your systems are behind, and it is holding you back from being more visible
You are holding the delivery, the tech and the marketing, and sales get whatever time is left
You have had a funnel or launch built before that did not deliver, and you want to know why before anything is rebuilt
You want one person holding the strategy and one team doing the build
Where I would point you elsewhere. If your strategy for the next three months is still moving, start with a Strategic Reset or a Strategy Intensive, so we build the right things in the right order.

Both options include a strategy call every fortnight, up to six hours a month of my strategy work and the month-one whole-business review. Join before 1 January 2027 and you keep the 2026 price for your first four months. We review pricing together in month three, ready for month five onwards.
What the team hours cover. Every month is scoped on our calls, working from copy and content you have approved.
Five hours might cover four weekly newsletters built and scheduled, your leads tracker kept current with follow-up reminders, and website fixes such as broken links, page titles and offer updates. Or, in a different month, a lead magnet page connected to your email platform with a short welcome sequence.
Ten hours might cover a sales page, checkout, thank-you page and confirmation email, a waitlist and your open-cart email sequence, and a launch tracker updated through cart open.
Launch months move to the ten-hour option as a minimum. Launches that need a high volume of support are priced on request and agreed before the month starts.
Extra hours are agreed with you in advance at £42 + VAT an hour, or £45 + VAT an hour from 1 January 2027.
Larger builds sit outside the monthly hours and are quoted as fixed-fee projects, so you only pay for what is being built.
Terms. Three-month minimum, then rolling month to month with 30 days' notice either side. Paid monthly in advance. Fees are in GBP, with VAT added for UK clients.
Who you work with. This offer includes my thinking and my team's doing. Strategy comes from me, through Lynsey Cowan. Team hours come from Elite VA. Lynsey Cowan is a trading name of Elite VA Limited, so one company stands behind both.

Outside the retainer: ad spend, software and tool subscriptions, brand and graphic design, video editing, and writing your own teaching content.
How we work: Monday to Thursday, with Fridays until 2pm UK for support but no calls. No weekend working. Calls are booked in advance. Agreed work is turned around within 24 hours on working days, with up to two rounds of revisions on anything we build.
"I should be able to work this out myself."
Most of the founders I work with could. The limit is hours. When you are holding clients, delivery and the business at once, sales get whatever time is left, and it shows in the numbers. This puts a strategist and a team on the part that keeps slipping.
"I have paid for support before and got very little from it."
I have been that buyer too. It is why nothing gets built here until we know what went wrong last time: the offer, the price, the traffic, the messaging, the systems or the mechanics. Each one points to a different fix.
"Is 30 minutes a fortnight enough?"
The calls are for decisions. The planning, the briefs and the reviews happen between them, in up to six hours of my time each month, and your questions go on the project board whenever they come up. You get my thinking all month, with the calls kept for what needs talking through.
"Is this coaching?"
It is strategy with the build attached. Where something is stopping you acting on the plan, we work on it, because a plan you cannot act on is worth nothing. Most of our time goes on the business itself.
"I already have a VA or a tech person."
Good. My team works alongside them. I set the plan and your team gets clear briefs. I already work this way with clients who keep their own support.
"I am outside the UK."
I already work with founders in Canada and the USA as well as the UK. Fees are in GBP and calls are booked within UK working hours.
"Can I start with strategy only?"
Yes. A Strategic Reset or Strategy Intensive gives you a written plan you own outright. If you then want it built, this is the next step.
I work with three Sales + Launch clients at a time, so every call stays a working session and I have the hours to do your strategy properly. One place is open now.
The way in is a 30-minute fit call. Bring your numbers and what is on your plate. We both decide whether this is the right support, or whether something smaller would do the job. If it is a fit, a written proposal follows.
