Before we meet, you complete a short pre-session questionnaire so I'm not asking you to walk me through your business when the clock is ticking. By the time we get on the call, I already understand the shape of what you've built.
Inside the session, we look at your business properly. The full picture, not just what's working on the surface but what's actually happening underneath. Offers, pricing, sales pipeline, systems, the patterns that have you saying yes when you mean no and the bottleneck/s that's keeping you in the same conversation quarter after quarter.
Within 24 hours, you receive a written 90-day plan: built around what we mapped together, along with the session recording.
That's it. No follow-up programme to enrol in. No upsell at the end of the call. Just two hours, a plan and the clarity to act on it.

What I get asked
"Is this right for me if my business isn't in crisis?"
Yes. Most founders who book this aren't in trouble. They're running something that works and has outgrown the shape it was built in, and that's exactly what the two hours are for. If you're in the middle of something bigger than that, two hours won't be enough. A retreat or sustained 1:1 work would serve you better, and I'll tell you straight if that's what I think you need.
"Will I leave with concrete next steps?"
Yes. The written 90-day plan delivered within 24 hours is the deliverable. You don't leave with notes you took yourself or a recording you'll never rewatch: you leave with a plan in writing.
"What if I don't know where to start?"
You don't need to. The pre-session questionnaire walks you through what to share before we meet, so the session opens already grounded in your actual business.
"How quickly can I book after purchasing?"
You'll receive the booking link in your welcome email immediately. Sessions are usually available within two weeks, depending on calendar availability.
"How many sessions are available each month?"
I hold a limited number of Strategic Reset sessions each month. When the month is full, the next available date rolls to the following month. The founding rate closes once the first ten sessions are booked.
"What happens after the session?"
Within 24 hours, the written 90-day plan and session recording land in your inbox. After that, what you do with it is yours.
"Is this a one-off session or can I get support afterwards?"
The Strategic Reset is complete in itself. Two hours, a written 90-day plan and the recording. You will never be pitched inside the session and there is no programme you are expected to roll into. Most founders take their plan and run with it.
That said, if you finish the session and want more support, there are clear next steps. Some founders book a 6-hour Intensive to go deeper on one area of the plan. Others move into monthly Sales and Launch Support, where I hold the strategy and my team handles the doing. And if what you need is to step out of the business entirely and rebuild, the retreats exist for exactly that. You choose, in your own time. Nothing is assumed.
