You're in your first year or two. You want a wellness break with some business content on the side. You're not ready to actually decide, only to think about deciding.
What your stay looks like
Four working days, with a travel day either side. There's a shape to it and room to move inside it, because the best thinking I've seen here has happened at lunch, in the pool and on the boat as often as at the table.
Travel day in. You land
Your private transfer meets you at Dalaman arrivals. Your room is ready, the pool is yours, and the only thing on the agenda is dinner and rest. This day is for arriving, so you start day one rested instead of straight off a flight.
Day one. The boat, or the review
You choose. Take the boat first and we spend the day out on the water along the coast, with swimming stops and lunch on board, setting your intentions for the four days. Start on dry land and we set your intentions, then do a full review of the business, what's working, what isn't and the numbers underneath it.
Day two. The strategy
We take what the review showed us and get stuck into what comes next. This is usually where the question you arrived with gets answered.
Day three. Your offers, model, marketing and sales
Your offers, your business model, how you market and how you sell, all looked at against the strategy so every part of the business is working towards the same thing.
Day four. The plan, or the boat
If the boat came first, day four is where we finish your 90-day plan, what you're doing, in what order and why. If you kept the boat for the end, this is your day on the water, and your plan is finished before you go.
Travel day out. You head home
Breakfast, then your transfer back to Dalaman, with your plan finished and three follow-up calls to come over the next three months.

The work:
• Two preparation calls with me before you arrive, so we're not starting from scratch on day one
• Four full days of my undivided attention on you and your business
• Your first two AI Projects set up in Claude or ChatGPT, if you want them
• Strategy built before you land and fully populated by the time you leave
• The conversation that sits underneath the strategy, held when it's ready
After you leave:
• Three 45-minute follow-up calls across the three months after the retreat, for when the integration gets complicated and you need someone in your corner

Your first two AI Projects, set up while you're here
If you want it, part of our four days goes on setting up your first two Projects in Claude or ChatGPT. Usually one for sales and one for marketing.
A Project is a workspace that holds your business, your offers, your clients, your prices and the way you write. Once it's set up, every conversation starts from what you already know, so you stop explaining your business from scratch every time you open a new chat.
What it gives you once you're home:
• Time back on the jobs you repeat every week, the emails, the posts, the proposals, because the first draft already knows your offers and sounds like you
• Headspace, because the detail of your business lives in one place instead of in your head
• A business that relies on you a little less, because what you know can be handed to a tool and to your team instead of being explained again and again
You do the hands-on work yourself, with me sat next to you, so you go home able to use it on your own. If you'd rather spend all four days on strategy, we do that instead.

Katy is exceptional at what she does. Thirty years in L&D, a highly experienced coach, speaker and facilitator, and one of those humans who goes the extra mile for her clients without even thinking about it.
She also came back.
Not just booked a second retreat. Tried to get on a flight back to Fethiye before the flights had even opened.
That tells you everything about what happened the first time. And what happened the second time was bigger.
Before she arrived
Katy had two words on her whiteboard: balance and ease.
She'd been looking at them for months. She knew what she wanted. She just kept not prioritising it, kept getting pulled back into that entrepreneurial trap of "great idea, make it happen right now." The peaks and troughs of her work, always trying to maximise one, smooth out the other, constantly asking herself if she was doing the right thing.

What shifted
Day two. The day after the boat.
Something about being on the water, off the screen, off the schedule, settled something in her. By the time we sat down on day three, she was ready.
We got into her ideal client. Refined her offer suite down to three core products, the ones that felt completely aligned, the ones that were working, the ones that felt right. And as soon as that clicked, everything else clicked with it.

She looked back at her list of questions that evening. She'd answered every single one. Not by working through them question by question, but by trusting the process and letting the thinking land the way it needed to.

Where you'll stay
You'll be staying in my private home in Fethiye.
Not a hired venue, not a shared retreat centre. My home. Private room, private pool, private walled garden. For the four days you're here, it's yours.
Your room has everything you need: all bedding, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, SPF, high-speed WiFi, AC, and full privacy. You won't need anything beyond a carry-on. Before you arrive we'll have two preparation calls and I'll set up a shared Asana board so when you land, everything is ready.
Just bring yourself. I've got the rest.

Every meal during your four days is prepared fresh, seasonal, and with care.
Think colourful plates, warm bowls... Everything is cooked to keep you going across the four days.

Sarah came to Fethiye with an overloaded laptop and the side of her business she'd been avoiding. She went home with two Claude Projects set up for her business and a sales plan for the next quarter.
Sarah has worked with me and my team for a while, and this was her second stay with me, after an earlier retreat last year.

Hi, I'm Lynsey.
I spent 25 years in corporate, working my way up to become right hand to CEOs and Chairmen across multiple industries. I know what it means to hold it all together, to be the one everyone turns to, to keep delivering at a level that looks effortless from the outside and costs you more than anyone sees.
Three years ago I stopped. I moved to Turkey, first to Marmaris, now to Fethiye, and I started building differently. A business rooted in what I actually want, not what I'd been conditioned to produce.
And now I work with women who are ready to do the same.
Not by throwing everything away. By coming back to themselves first, and building from that place.

Puscha and Pascha
Our resident cats, masters of calm energy and quiet companionship. Often found sunbathing on one of our four balconies or perched somewhere serene, they bring a peaceful presence to the space.
Dex
Our cheeky and high-energy puppy (a Pomeranian-Terrier cross) who keeps things playful and light. He's here to remind you to take breaks, enjoy the moment, and maybe throw the ball just one more time.
They're part of the relaxed, homely vibe of the retreat. While they won't join our sessions unless invited, they do live in the home, so if you're not comfortable around animals, this might not be the right fit for you.

Your questions answered
Is this a coaching retreat or a strategy retreat?
Both, in the same conversation. There are strategy sessions and there's the conversation that sits underneath the strategy, which gets held when it's ready. You don't need to arrive knowing the difference. You just need to arrive.
Who is this for?
Women who are established in their business, typically five or more years in, with clients, revenue, and momentum. You've been at this long enough to know that information isn't the thing you're missing. You need space, attention, and someone who will look at your actual situation and help you work out what comes next.
Do I need to have an established business to come?
Yes. This retreat is built for women who are already running a business that works. If you're in your first year or two, or still figuring out the fundamentals, the conversations here won't be the right fit.
Why 1:1 rather than a group retreat?
Because the question you're carrying probably isn't one you'd raise in a room of seven women. Not because they wouldn't be safe, but because you'd spend four days making sure everyone else was okay first. This is four days where you don't have to do that. There's no room to manage, no energy to hold, no peers to perform for. Just you and the work.
What will I actually leave with?
A plan. Not notes, not a vision board, not a list of possibilities. A plan you can walk straight into when you get home. The strategy built before you land and fully populated before you leave, a clear first step, and the clarity on the decision you came here to make.
Is Turkey safe to travel to?
Fethiye is a well-established destination for UK travellers and has been for decades. The FCDO currently advises normal travel precautions for the region. You'll fly directly into Dalaman Airport from most major UK airports, and private transfers are included both ways (50 minute transfer from Dalaman airport to the villa). If you have specific concerns, email me and I'll answer them directly.
What's the journey like?
You fly into Dalaman Airport (DLM). Direct flights from most major UK airports take around four hours. Private transfers from Dalaman to the villa in Fethiye are included and are around 50 minutes maximum each way. Most women find the journey straightforward, and I'll send you full logistics and arrival guidance when you book.
What should I pack?
Light summer clothing, swimwear, something a little nicer for the boat evening, a journal, and comfortable shoes for walking. I'll send a full pack list when you book. You won't need a laptop, I'll have everything set up before you arrive.
What are the meals like?
Fresh, seasonal, and cooked for you. Everything from your arrival dinner to your departure breakfast is included and prepared with care. All dietary requirements are catered for, just let me know in advance and every meal will be built around you. Alcohol isn't included, but there's plenty of everything else.
What's the boat day like?
A private boat for the full day along the Turkish coast, with swimming stops, lunch on board and nowhere to be. You choose whether it's day one or day four. On day one it's where we set your intentions for the retreat. On day four it's the space to let four days of decisions settle before you head home.
Can I extend my stay in Turkey?
Yes, and I'd encourage it. If you'd like to stay longer and explore the Fethiye area, I'm happy to point you in the right direction. The region is well worth more than four nights.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, reach out as soon as possible and we'll find a way to make it work. Rescheduling terms are confirmed at booking.
What are the payment options?
Payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payment plans are available: final instalment due two weeks before your arrival date. If you need something more bespoke, email me before you book and we'll work it out.
