25 of those years were in corporate with CEOs and Chairmen, and 11 running operations for online founders. Now I'm putting all of it into the way I set up AI for you.

I've sat in every seat beside the person at the top
I've been an office manager, an executive PA and right hand to Chairmen and CEOs. I've been a VA, a tech VA, an OBM and a coach. Now I'm a strategist.
Every one of those seats taught me something different.
Corporate taught me what the people at the top need held so they can lead.
The VA and OBM years taught me how an online business runs underneath, the inbox, the systems and the follow-ups that keep the money coming in.
Coaching taught me what holds a founder back when everything else is in place.
Strategy is where all of it meets.
My team and I are inside clients' businesses every week, so I see what keeps a business steady and what knocks it off course. That's what I'm building into AI.
I built it into my own business first
I was anti-AI for a long time, because it felt at odds with running a VA agency. These days ten Claude Projects run my two businesses, and this is some of what they do.
My proposals. My Sales Workspace in Claude holds my offers, my prices, my client stories and the way I write proposals. When I come off a discovery call, the proposal is written in minutes from the call. It used to take me a chunk of an afternoon. Every proposal I've sent since August, using the proposal strategy I built into that workspace, has been won. Together those contracts are worth £30k a year.
My call prep. Every morning at 7am, Claude checks my diary for discovery calls, researches each person I'm meeting and leaves a prep guide waiting for me. I walk into every sales call already knowing who she is.
My call notes. Every evening at 6pm, Monday to Saturday, the day's call transcripts are filed under the right client in Asana, with the action items at the top. Nothing said on a call gets lost.
My content. Every Friday at 5.56am, my Storytelling Project reads the week's calls alongside my sales plans and writes the next week's content brief. It started by reading 167 of my calls and logging 150 story nuggets from them.
I still write the strategy, have the conversations and make the decisions. The Projects hold everything else.

There are two of you on any given day
One of you knows she can build the business she wants. The other is sure everything is against her, and some days she's the louder one.
The woman who grows is the one who keeps feeding the first, and what helps most is consistency. Being visible week after week, building trust with the women you want to work with, inviting them into your world and keeping those relationships going long after the first hello.
AI can carry a lot of that with you. It keeps your visibility and messaging going on the days you'd rather hide. The trust is yours to build, and nobody can do that part for you. What your Projects can do is show you the gaps in how you're doing it, do the research and pull together a plan of action against your goals, so you know exactly where to put your time.
What AI does when it's set up by someone who runs operations
Consistent
Your posts, your newsletters and the way you talk about your offers keep going every week. Your SOPs sit inside your AI, so you stop holding the process in your head.
Your team on the right work
AI picks up the repeatable jobs on a schedule, the ones you'd otherwise pay someone by the hour to do. That frees your VA or OBM from copying, pasting and chasing, so her hours go on looking after your clients, spotting what's slipping and keeping the business moving.
Ahead of the fires
You see the gaps, the risks and the next problem early, while there's still time to do something about them.
And you get back to the strategy, the decisions and the next big move, while the rest is carried for you.
This is for you if
you're on your own for now and planning to grow
you've got a VA or a small team and you're still the one holding it all together
you run a service business and you're ready for it to run on more than your memory
What it looks like in practice
Fleur Iannazzo, WTF Money
"Being able to talk into an agent and say, do this, keep these files here... you just keep it. It means that it's the mental load that has been taken."

Fleur Iannazzo is a money behaviour coach and the author of The Money Pizza. Her business lived in her head, and the work she loved came wrapped in admin she had no time for.
"It's always been my issue, and it was the issue through my master's as well, is holding all the information and knowing where all the information is, and that whole filing process. I truly understand the benefits of the filing process, but equally I simply don't have time for it."
We built her Business Brain one Project at a time, starting with Marketing and then Sales. The hardest part, she says, was gathering her case studies, and each Project took her two to three hours of focused work, done once.
Now she talks into her Projects and they hold the rest. When she needed a ten-slide pitch for a new consulting client, she didn't panic. She's now taking on consulting work she'd otherwise have turned down, without hiring anyone to hold it for her. That's the freedom I build these for.
"Normally something that would have me just going, oh my God, I can't do that... I can go, I've got the capacity, I just need some time."
"I don't think unless you and I had been doing this AI work together, I would have really gone forward with the other consulting work... the AI tools allow me to do it without needing an assistant."

Questions
If you're not tech-minded: Sarah said exactly that about herself: "I am not tech-minded and frequently trip myself up and slow myself down." The technical side is my job, and you don't need to know any of it.
Which AI it works with: I build mainly in Claude.
If you don't have a team yet: AI carries the repeatable work first, so when you do hire, your new person walks into a business that already runs properly.
Whether it'll sound like you: Everything I set up starts from your voice, your offers and the way you work. My own Projects get my drafts about 95% of the way to sounding like me.
Being on the waitlist: You get first access, at a price only the waitlist gets.
Save your place
First through the door, a waitlist-only discount, and a business that keeps running when you step away from that desk.
A free postcard from me every Thursday, with the strategy and the sunshine.
